Company Outing to Chengdu, Sichuan | December 9–13, 2025

In recognition of our recent achievements, the teams from Zenithy Development and Home In Phuket embarked on an unforgettable journey to Sichuan Province, Chengdu, China—the land of pandas—from 9 to 13 December 2025.

This trip marked an important milestone for our teams as we celebrated the successful achievement of our sales targets, including the on-schedule sell-out of the Zenithy Luxe and Zenithy Connext projects. 🎉 It was a well-earned opportunity to reflect, reconnect, and recharge together.

10 December 2025 | Discovering Chengdu

Our journey began in Chengdu, starting with a visit to Wenshu Temple, one of the city’s best-preserved and most serene Buddhist temples. From there, we explored the vibrant heart of the city, strolling along Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, visiting the iconic Panda Climbing IFS Building, and experiencing the modern elegance of Taikoo Li.
We also stopped by Daci Temple before heading northwest toward Maoxian, where the scenery gradually shifted from urban energy to breathtaking natural landscapes.

11 December 2025 | Dagu Glacier Park

The following day, we traveled to Dagu Glacier Park (also known as Dagu Glacier National Park or Dagu Iceberg Scenic Resort) in Heishui County. Along the way, we made several photo stops to capture the stunning mountain views.

One of the highlights was the park’s cable car—reportedly the highest single-ride cable car in the world—which transported us to a viewing platform at an elevation of 4,860 meters above sea level. While some of us were well prepared for the altitude, others quickly learned just how powerful nature can be.

12 December 2025 | Siguniangshan National Park

On the third day, we journeyed through Siguniangshan (Four Sisters Mountain) National Park, a majestic mountain range renowned for its four snow-capped peaks. A UNESCO World Heritage site, the area is celebrated for its dramatic alpine scenery, glaciers, open meadows, and rich Tibetan culture.
We explored the region’s remarkable valleys—Shuangqiao, Changping, and Haizi—taking in the tranquility and grandeur that made this day a favorite for photographers and nature lovers alike.

13 December 2025 | Final Moments in Chengdu

On our final day, we traveled eastward, stopping for a fun Panda Selfie experience before exploring the historic Kuanzhai Xiangzi (Wide and Narrow Alleys).
The journey concluded back in vibrant Chengdu City, where we spent our last hours shopping, dining, and enjoying the city’s renowned cuisine.

This memorable trip brought home far more than souvenirs—it strengthened our bonds as a team and renewed our shared motivation for the journey ahead.

At Zenithy Development and Home In Phuket, we know how to celebrate in style! This year's 2024 Staff Party embraced an International Theme, showcasing the diversity and creativity of our incredible team. From kimonos to saris, Egyptian queens to traditional Thai outfits, the event was a true cultural mosaic.

The evening began with a Thai food buffet, offering the best of local flavors, paired with the lively rhythm of live music that kept everyone entertained. Laughter and cheers echoed as our talented staff stepped onto the stage to showcase their dance moves, proving once again that our team is as dynamic off the clock as they are at work!

Adding a touch of fun and camaraderie, each company crowned their favorite person, and the most striking costumes were recognized among a stunning array of outfits. The much-anticipated gift lottery added a touch of thrill to the evening, with prizes that left our winners grinning ear to ear.

This trip marked a milestone for us, as we celebrated reaching our sales target with the successful sell-out of the Zenithy Villas project on schedule! 🎉

Our adventure began in Kansai, Osaka, where we immersed ourselves in Japan’s culture, history, and modern charm. Highlights included donning traditional kimonos and strolling through the serene Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, and exploring the captivating town of Takayama and UNESCO World Heritage Site Shirakawa-go. We were mesmerized by the enchanting light display at Nabana no Sato, adding a magical touch to the experience.

The journey wrapped up with shopping and dining in vibrant Osaka City, bringing home not only memories but a strengthened sense of teamwork and motivation. Here’s to more milestones, together! 🏂🇯🇵🗻

On the 12th and 13th of July 2024, the teams from Home In Phuket and Zenithy Development embarked on their annual company outing, creating unforgettable memories together. This year's destination was the picturesque region of Phang Nga, where we delved into thrilling off-road adventures that included both rafting and an ATV tour.

For many of our team members, these activities were a first-time experience, adding an element of exhilaration and novelty. The rain couldn't dampen our spirits, and we embraced the challenge, making the most of the adventure despite the weather.

Our base for the trip was the stunning 5-star hotel, The Sands Khao Lak by Katathani. The luxurious accommodations provided a welcome retreat after the day's excitement, offering comfort and elegance that enhanced our overall experience.

The highlight of our trip was a fantastic seafood feast, where we enjoyed an array of delectable dishes, fresh from the local waters. This culinary delight brought everyone together, fostering camaraderie and joy.
